五花肉煮好后可以放冰箱里冻冻,这样好切片。五花肉炒的过程中少放点儿油,把五花肉煸炒出油来后倒掉一部分。这样吃着不腻。避免回锅肉吃起来发硬,可以放水稍微放点儿煮一会儿。
